ForestSafe keeps an audit log of all end users actions. Every page in the system requires that a Reason for every action is entered.

Speak to your ForestSafe Administrator about the format they require for this field. Some customers may want to enter problem tracking numbers or change record numbers or a description of the reason the action is needed to run. A consistent format will ensure that the audit report displays accurate and meaningful data.
