The Shared Policy stage gives a complete list of all the Domain accounts discovered on every Domain server computer in your domain, used to run Services, application pools and Tasks.
Click any Domain Account and the Computers list on the right hand side updates and gives a list of all the computers where that account is used and the services it controls. Click any Host and every Domain Administrator used by ALL services on that host are selected on the left hand side. The Domain Administrators list is multiple select.
The Scramble action indicates that ForestSafe will manage the password of that account.
Shared policies that were configured on previous runs appear read only.
Instructions
To configure an action or actions on accounts
1. Select one or more domain Administrators
2. Click the Scramble or None button to indicate an action
3. Always elect to manage the forestsafeservice and forestsafepool
(these are the accounts that ForestSafe runs under)
4. Repeat until every account is managed to your requirement
5. Click Next
