A video tutorial covering local account management can be found here: Managing Non Domain accounts
Local Accounts are computer accounts that reside on operating systems. They are used for authentication by a single system.
Examples of these accounts are: the Built-In administrator account on Windows Workstation and Servers; the root account on UNIX servers and the sys and enable accounts on Cisco routers.
These accounts exist on every computer and with ForestSafe it is simple to secure your estate with a few well understood Local Account Policy items.

To force all matching computers items into a PENDING state click the nudge link. Nudge All forces all computers to PENDING.
