If Approvals is configured in the system, the task of Approving Password Vault requests and requests for Remote Terminal Access will be mapped to a ForestSafe Administrator group responsible for the approving.
If your user belongs of an Approval group, then ‘Approvals’ menu items will apear as shown here. This user has access to the Password Vault Approvals and Remote Terminal (RA) Approvals.

Both Password Vault Approvals and Remote Terminal Approvals work in the same manner. You may ‘Approve’, ‘Reject’ or ‘Delete’ requests.
To approve a request
1. Click the approve link next to the record to be approved.
2. Click Okay when prompted.
In the example above, in addition to approving the request, an email has been sent to the requestor to inform them that their request is approved. Emails are also sent to inform requestors that their request has been rejected.
