Group membership for Added Local Windows accounts

Administrators

By default, created local Windows accounts in Administrator group.

Multiple group memberships are comma delimited,

e.g.: Performance Log Users, HelpServicesGroup

Ignore missing accounts scrambling, do not set WARNING status
