All ForestSafe tasks that retrieve passwords: Password Vault, Remote terminal can be configured with Approval. Any ForestSafe group can be configured as an Approver or requiring Approval for these functions.
ForestSafe gathers the email address of all ForestSafe users from their Active Directory email field. When an Approver, approves or rejects a request for Password Vault or Remote Terminal, if enabled, the requestor will be sent an email from the system, informing them that their request has been processed.
