Grant access requests are not processed immediately. They are left as a request for the backend services to do the work of creating the administrator. To check on the progress of a Grant Access request, click Results, and click Grant Access and run the Grant Access report having setup the criteria for reporting on the correct list of computers.

After a reasonable time, if any of the requested workstations are still showing a status of PENDING, contact the support team, and ask them to investigate why the those computers are not accessible. The system will automatically recover once those computers become available. The report should eventually show all computers with a status of CREATED.
When the account expiry date is reached, shown by the whenToRemove field, the system will delete the account from the computer and remove the row from this report. Any computers remaining in a state of PENDING are also removed.
