Agent types
EESM Agent are used to allow Forest/Session/LAPSafe to operate when SMB port 445 is closed.
EESM OCR Agent can also support Real-Time OCR monitoring.
EESM Agent installs on any x64 Windows 7/Server 2008 Windows Operating System onward.
